Why Mentoring and why now?

It’s 2022, and Covid-19 is still here, re-shaping our human experiences. Some of us feel extreme uncertainty, as we understand that the tools we have – aren’t enough to deal with this era’s challenges. 

Meaningful relationships between managers and employees can be one of the most effective ways to boost engagement and retention. This can be achieved by mentoring – a safe space for professional and personal growth and emotional expression.

We have developed and implemented a unique mentorship program at Marvell during the past year. The program assisted managers and their mentees in taking their relationships to the next level creating a space for personal and professional development with help of tools from the field of psychology.
